MSC Meraviglia makes Maiden Call in Oslo
MSC Flagship nears end of Northern Europe season
MSC Meraviglia brought good weather with her on her first-ever call to Olso, Norway this week.
She arrived on September 4 and was greeted by Olso Cruise Partners who were invited on board for a traditional plaque exchange with Captain Raffaele Pontecorvo and Hotel Director Orazio Caci.
The ship will call back into Olso on September 15, a date coinciding with the 2018 Olso Marathon.
Olso is a popular cruise destination that expects to see approximately 101 cruise ships this year with some 197,800 passengers.
MSC Meraviglia is nearing the end of her Northern Europe season and will soon reposition to the warmer climes of the Mediterranean where she will sail until April next year when her new sister MSC Bellissima will take over.
You can follow all our coverage of MSC Meraviglia when we cruise on her next month around the Mediterranean.
