Silver Muse (Silversea Cruises)
Overview
Silver Muse is the latest flagship of Silversea Cruises. She was built in Italy, the home of her parent cruise line and offers guests an unrivalled six-star luxury experience. The cruise line have been ordering ships from the ship-builder, Fincantieri since 1987.
She will call at 34 countries and 130 ports in 2017 alone, Silver Muse will redefine ocean travel, enhancing the small-ship intimacy with spacious all-suite accommodations that are the hallmarks of the Silversea Cruises experience. A remarkable 52 UNESCO World Heritage Sites feature in Silver Muse’s 2017 itinerary, from ancient Greek temples through to historic Caribbean fortresses.
The ship generally doesn’t homeport in one place and instead moves from region to region around the world, depending on season and forecast demand. She usually performs longer cruises, in the region of 16-32 days and many Silversea Cruises guests often stay on the cruises back-to-back. The fares include everything, from daily gratuities to premium beverages and shore excursions. Appealing to the very affluent cruise passenger market.
Silver Muse is the largest cruise ship built for Silversea Cruises. She is still small enough to visit the smaller ports her loyal passengers enjoy each year though!
