Overview

MSC Opera sailed on her maiden voyage on June 26 2004. She was the third Lirica ship to join the class and was MSC’s flagship until MSC Musica took the title in 2006.

MSC Opera was the third ship of the Lirica class to undergo renovation under the “Renaissance Program”. New benefits to the sihp included new shops, a better buffet, larger restaurant and a new lounge.
