MS Zaandam (Holland America Line)

Overview

MS Zaandam is one of four R-class ships, she was the third ship delivered. The musically themed MS Zaandam offers a unique shipboard atmosphere. Inspired by the world’s great music, artefacts and memorabilia from a variety of musical genres decorate the ship.

MS Zaandam spends the summer around the Alaskan region, home-porting in Vancouver. In the winter she moves down to the West Coast and performs roundtrip cruises from San Diego to South America and back.

Trivia

One of the aft stairways has a saxophone signed by former United States President Bill Clinton.
