Royal Caribbean’s third Oasis-class ship is finally ready!
Harmony of the Seas – the 227,000 GRT – 5,479 passenger mega-ship is currently enroute to Southampton after leaving the dockyard of STX France earlier today (15th May). Footage below shows the ship leaving the pier with onlookers gathering to see the amazing sight.
Royal Caribbean tweeted an aerial shot of the ship which is due to arrive in Southampton on Tuesday morning. She will host a series of press visits before finally leaving Southampton on the 29th May enroute to her summer homeport of Barcelona for the first of 34 seven-night cruises. In November 2016 she move over to the USA to her next homeport, Port Everglades.[xyz-ihs snippet=”cmeet2-fold”]

The ship recently welcomed aboard it’s 2,100 new crew which are made up of 77 different nationalities and will amongst other roles, serve guests in the ship’s 20 different dining venues.
The $1 billion dollar ship will be the 25th ship for the Royal Caribbean fleet.[xyz-ihs snippet=”subscribe-plz”]
