Queen Mary 2 Remastered: Verandah Restaurant
Cunard Line announce new fine dining restaurant
Queen Mary 2 – Cunard Line’s flagship is set to receive a brand new restaurant during her upcoming 25-day refit in 2016.
The Verandah restaurant will replace the existing speciality restaurant Todd English, on Deck 8. It will be exactly 80 years since the first Cunard Verandah Grill went to sea aboard the Queen Mary in May 1936.
The Verandah will serve contemporary, premium French cuisine in a light and elegant space with the usual Cunard Line impeccable White Star service. The dining experience will have a surcharge, like the current Todd English restaurant and a bar will also be situated within the venue.
Here is a video preview of The Verandah.
