Loro Parque upon Tenerife possesses a gathering of 3,000 parrots. But, many of the parrots can’t be viewed by visitors. There’s an additional facility south of the primary park in which around 330 parrot species are kept, as well as a breeding plan takes place. Additional attractions inside the park involve tigers, sharks, Killer Whales, porpoises, penguins, jaguars, chimpanzees, and alligators.

Lanzarote, the more north-easterly of these Canary Islands, was designated as an UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. It possesses a volcanic landscape and there are around 300 volcanic cones upon the island. This island possesses a low-key approach toward tourism and the conventional architecture of the islands inside are taken into account. The approach has been influenced by César Manrique, an artist from Lanzarote.

Manrique developed works within Lanzarote and additional islands, involving Jardin de Cactus, an amphitheatre-shape garden that has 10,000 stone sculptures and cacti. A 7.9 m cactus sculpted of metal by Manrique is situated by the garden entrance.
